Hot Chocolate

Ingredients for Hot Chocolate:
Milk 2 cups
Cocoa powder 2 tbsp
Caster sugar 2-4 tbsp
Mini marshmallows few

French Toast

Ingredients for French Toast:
Bread slices 2-4
Milk 1 cup
Eggs 2
Caster sugar 2 tbsp
Vanilla essence 1/4 tsp
Oil as required

Crepes


Ingredients for Crepes:
Flour 8 oz
Eggs 3
Milk 8 fl oz
Water 8 fl oz
Oil 2 fl oz
Fruit syrup as required

Method:

Mix flour, eggs and milk and whisk.
Add oil and water.
Make a smooth batter for thin crepes.
Let stand for a while.
Heat a crepe pan, brush with oil or butter.
Cook a ladle-full of crepe batter, for a minute on each side.
Layer on a plate with grease proof paper in between so they don’t stick.
Serve with fruit or pancake syrup.

English Breakfast

Ingredients for English Breakfast:
Eggs 2
Chicken sausages 2
Tomato 1
Oil 1/2 cup
Baked beans as required
Mushrooms. sliced 4-5
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
HP sauce to serve
Toasted bread slices to serve

Healthy soup


Ingredients For Healthy Soup:

Corn 1 -1/2 cups
Onion chopped 1
Ginger 1 inch piece
Garlic 5-6 cloves
Oil 2 tsp
Butter 2 tbsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Cinnamon 2 one- inch sticks
Black cardamoms 2
Crushed black peppercorns 1 tbsp
Flour 1-1/2 tbsp
Coriander roots few
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Spinach leaves 12
Lemon 1

Method:
First take a water in a pan add corn, make them crush.
Now add onions, ginger and garlic crush them lightly.
Then pour oil add butter , cumin, stick cinnamon and chopped black pepper for frying.
Now add chopped onions, ginger garlic and saute it.
Then add flour mix it well.
Now add corn flour, coriander, turmeric and salt mix it.
When it is boiled then cove it and leave it to cook on low temperature.
Now put the spinach leaves on each other, roll them and cut it into stir pieces.
Then filter the soup and take it out in a bowl add lemon juice mix it.
Add spinach, in a bowl serve it hot.

Thai style spicy wings


Ingredients For Thai Chicken Wings:

Chicken wings 1/2 kg
Flour (Maida) 3/4 cup
Red chili sauce 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp
Oil 4 tbsp
Egg 1
Ginger paste 1 -1/2 tbsp
Water 2 tbsp
Garlic, peeled 15-20 cloves
Red curry paste 2 tbsp
Tomato ketchup 3 tbsp
Fish sauce 1 tsp
Lettuce a few leaves
Basil leaves (Tulsi) 1/2 cup


Rocky Road Brownies


Ingredients For Rocky Road Brownies:
Unsalted butter 1 cup
Flour 1 cup
Bittersweet chocolate 6 ounces
Sugar 2 cups
Cocoa powder 3/4 cup
Salt 1/2 tsp
Eggs 4
Butter 2 tsp
Vanilla essence 1 cup
Mini marshmallows 1 cup
Semisweet chocolate chips 1 cup
Unsalted roasted peanuts 3/4 cup


Method:
First take a baking pan cover it with foil paper, now paste butter on foil then dust it with flour.
Then take a bowl melt it with chocolate, until it melts and becomes soft, now remove the bowl from stove and add sugar, coco powder and salt mix it well.
Then add tomatoes, until it batter becomes thick.
Now add vanilla essence and gram flour.
Then put the batter into pan for 35 minutes.
Now take it out in oven add marshmallow,chocolate chips and peanuts place it in oven for 5 minutes.
Make it cool after 5 minutes, cut into slices then serve.
