Foot Long Sandwiches


Ingredients
Bread loaf 1
Mayonnaise 4 tbsp
Ketchup 2 tbsp
Mustard paste 2 tbsp
Pickled gherkins, sliced as required
Chicken breast fillets 3
Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Lemon (juice) 1
Black pepper, crushed 1 tsp
Cheese slices to taste
Salad leaves as required
Tomato, sliced as required

Method
Marinate chicken breast fillets with crushed red chilies, salt, pepper, lemon juice and let stand for a few hours in fridge. 
Heat oil, add chicken and cook till done. 
Drain excess sauce. 
Slit the soft long bread and apply mayo, mustard and ketchup and the lettuce, top with chicken breast, cheese slices and tomatoes and gherkins and top with the other slice of the bread. 
Serve immediately.
