Tropical Smoothie

Ingredients For Tropical Smoothie:
Coconut milk  200 ml
Yogurt, chilled 1 cup
Pineapple juice, chilled  1 cup
Lemon juice  as required
Icing sugar  2 tbsp
Chopped pineapple 1/2 cup
Ice cubes  6

Method:
Blend all the ingredients above nicely.
Serve it in glass.

Plain Spice Cake

Ingredients For Plain Spice Cake:
Flour  1 1/4 cups
Corn flour  3 tsp
Baking soda  1 tsp
Cinnamon  1/2 tsp
Clove  1/2 tsp
Salt  1/2 tsp
Brown sugar 1 cup
Oil  1/3 cup
Lemon juice  1 tsp
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Water  1 cup

Method:
Take a flour, corn flour, baking soda, lemon juice, vanilla essence, sugar, cloves and salt mix it well.
Now mix the flour in sugar mixture with water and mix it well in blender.
Then grease the pan heat it on 180 degree C for baking it 30 minutes.

Breakfast Shake


Ingredients For Breakfast Shake:
Banana 1
Cold milk 1 cup
Oats 2 tbsp
Honey 1 tbsp
Ice cubes  2

Method:
Blend all the ingredients in blender.
Serve it in glass.

Rocky Road Cheese Cake

Ingredients For Rocky Road Cheese Cake:
Dark chocolate  3 oz
Softened cream cheese  16 oz
Sugar  1/3 cup
Milk  1/4 cup
Cream  2 cups
Miniature marshmallows  3/4 cup
Roasted peanuts
Gelatin

Base:
Chocolate biscuits with cream (Oreos) 2 cups
Melted butter  3 tbsp

Method:
For making base 
Add chocolate, biscuits crush in melted butter and place it in fridge.

For Filling:
Heat the milk, add gelatin mix it well and leave it to cool.
Then melt the chocolate and beat it.
Then add cream cheese and sugar mix it.
Now add gelatin mix it and marshmallow, peanuts and chopped chocolate.
Then biscuits crush leave it for 4 to 5 hours in fridge.
Make it cool then serve.

Mint Chocolate Shake

Ingredients For Mint Chocolate Shake:
Milk  2 cups
Chocolate ice cream  5 scoops
Peppermint essence  few drops  

Method:
Put all the ingredients in a blender.
Now put them in glasses and serve.

Egg Less Cake

Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
14 oz condensed milk
1 cup orange juice
2 tsp vanilla essence
1 cup melted butter

Method:
Preheat oven to 175 degrees C. 
and flour a 9x13 inch pan.
Sift together the flour, baking powder and baking soda into a large bowl. 
Make a well in the center and pour in the condensed milk, orange juice, vanilla and melted butter. 
Mix well and pour into prepared pan. 
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean, cool on a wire rack.
