Nutella Hot Chocolate




Ingredients For Nutella Hot Chocolate:
Nutella 2 tbsp
Milk 1 cup
Marshmallows as required


Method:
In a saucepan, pour about 1/4 cup of the milk and 2 spoonfuls of nutella.
Put the stove on medium low heat.
Whisk the milk and nutella together in the saucepan until its blended.
Slowly pour the rest of the milk into the saucepan.
Stir until it becomes hot & frothy.
Turn off the stove.
Carefully pour the mixture into a cup or mug.
Add marshmallows as you please.

Nutella Filled Cookies






Ingredients For Nutella Filled Cookies:
Nutella 1 cup
Plain flour 1 cup
Egg 1
Nutella refrigerated 1 jar


Method:
Preheat the oven to 180 degree F and line 2 trays with baking paper.
In a large bowl, mix together the nutella and the egg.
Add the flour and stir until incorporated.
The mixture will be quite thick.
Roll a small teaspoon of dough into a ball and flatten in your palm.
Place on the lined baking tray.
Put a teaspoon of cold nutella in the center of the cookie.
Roll a second small teaspoon of dough into aball and flatten in your palm.
Place it over the nutella and press the edges of the two cookies together.
Repeat the process until all the cookie dough has been used bake for 6-8 minutes and serve.

Chocolate Nutella Gelato

Ingredients
Milk 2 cups
Cream 1 cup
Sugar ½ cup
Sugar ¼ cup
Egg yolks 4
Vanilla essence ½ tsp
Nutella spread ½ cup

Method 
In a saucepan combine the milk, cream, and 1/2 cup sugar over medium heat. 
Cook until the sugar dissolves, about 5 minutes. 
Meanwhile, in a medium bowl whip the egg yolks with the remaining sugar using an electric mixer until the eggs have become thick and pale yellow, about 4 minutes. Pour 1/2 cup of the warm milk and cream mixture into the egg mixture and stir. 
Add this mixture back into the saucepan. 
Cook over very low heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture becomes thick enough to coat the back of a wooden spoon, about 7 to 10 minutes. 
Place a strainer over a medium bowl and pour the warm custard mixture through the strainer. 
Stir in the vanilla and Nutella until it dissolves. 
Chill mixture completely before pouring into an air tight box. 
To serve, scoop gelato into serving bowls.

Nutella Frosting


Ingredients
Butter 1/2 cup
Nutella 1/2 cup
Icing sugar, sifted 3 cups
Cream 1 - 2 tbsp

Method
Beat butter and Nutella until creamy. 
Gradually add in icing sugar until desired consistency is reached. 
Add cream if needed.

Nutella Frosting by Zarnak Sidhwa

Chocolate Hazelnut Cupcakes

Ingredients
Flour 1 cup
Baking powder 1 tsp
Salt ¼ tsp
Cocoa powder ½ cup
Butter ½ cup
Sugar 1 cup
Nutella spread ½ cup
Eggs 2
Milk ½ cup
Vanilla essence 2 tsp

Method
In a bowl, whisk the dry ingredients to combine; set aside. 
Beat the butter until it is soft, then add sugar. 
Add hazelnut spread and mix until smooth. 
Add the eggs, one at a time beating until they are well combined. 
Combine vanilla essence and milk. 
Add dry ingredients alternately with the milk. 
Beat just to combine. 
Divide batter among the cupcake tins. 
Bake at 180 degrees C for 20-22 minutes, until a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean. 
Allow to cool completely before frosting. 
Swirl frosting on top. 
Decorate with hazelnut chocolates.
