½ kg chicken wings, made into lollipops
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp white pepper
1 tbsp red chillies, crushed
1 tbsp crushed garlic
½ cup flour
Oil to fry
Sauce :
2 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp red chilli powder
¼ cup chilly sauce
¼ cup ketchup
¼ tsp salt
Method:
Marinate chicken lollipops with white pepper, salt, crushed red
chillies and garlic.
Keep aside for a while.
Roll in flour and deep fry in a single layer till tender and crisp.
Drain.
In another pan, heat oil, add ketchup, salt, chilli sauce, red chilli powder, vinegar and cook till thick, toss in the fried lollipops so the sauce coats them and serve immediately.
