Ing :
1 sachet Knorr tomato soup
1 cup pasta, boiled
1 cup corn
2 sausages, chopped
3 tbsp cheddar cheese grated
1 tsp oregano leaves
Method :
Dissolve the Knorr soup sachet in ½ cup water and whisk so no
lumps remain.
Mix in the boiled pasta, corn and sausages.
Pour in a greased pyrex dish.
Sprinkle with cheese and oregano leaves and bake for 20 minutes on 180 degrees C or till cheese is melted.
Serve with garlic bread and a spring of mint.
