Hot chocolate



Ingredients:
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 cinnamon stick
1 liter milk
150gm plain chocolate, chopped
sugar, to taste
cocoa powder, for dusting

Method:
Heat 1 stick cinnamon stick and 1 liter milk in a saucepan until boiling. 
Add 1 tsp vanilla essence.
Remove the pan from the heat and add the 150 gm plain chocolate pieces, stirring until the chocolate melts.
Whisk the hot chocolate vigorously until frothy on top. 
Then add sugar, to taste. 
Serve with a dusting of cocoa powder.
