Ketchup

Ingredients
Tomatoes 2 ½ kg
Red vinegar 1 cup
Ginger garlic chopped 1 tsp
Red chili powder 2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Sugar 1 ½ cup

Method
Cut tomatoes into small pieces and boil covered for an hour without any water. 
When soft strain pulp through a sieve, add all the above ingredients and let cook, stirring often till thick. 
Cool and fill in sterilized bottles.
