Cheese Tartlets

Ingredients
Puff pastry ½ kg
Cheddar cheese 2 tbsp
Butter 1 tbsp
Egg 1
Paprika a pinch

Method
Roll out puff pastry and press into small patty tins. 
Fill with the butter, egg, paprika and cheese.
Bake at 200 degrees C for 10-15 minutes or till done.
