Ingredients
Lemons 2 – 3 large
Ice cubes as required
Ginger sliced 1" piece
Cumin seeds 2 tbsp
Salt a pinch
Black salt a pinch
Mint leaves a few
Method
Dry roast cumin till fragrant.
Cool and grind adding some water.
Blend mint lemon juice and ginger. Strain.
Add in a jug with salt black salt ice cumin lemon slices.
Top with crushed ice and serve.
