Angel hair pasta 2 cups
Olive oil 1/4 cup
Onion, chopped 1
Garlic, minced 4 cloves
Tomatoes, diced 2 cups
Balsamic vinegar 2 tbsp
Chicken Stock 1 cup
Red chilies 1 tsp crushed
Freshly ground black pepper 1 tsp
Chopped fresh basil 2 tbsp
Grated parmesan cheese 1/4 cup
Method:
Take a pan add water and salt boil it.
Now add pasta cook it for 8 minutes.
Now keep it on low temperature pour oil add onions and chopped garlic fry it lightly.
Now keep it temperature low add tomatoes, vinegar and chicken stock simmer it for 8 minutes.
Then add red chilies, black pepper, tulsi leaves and pasta simmer it for 5 minutes.
