Imli Ki Chutney



Ingredients for Imli Ki Chutney:
Tamarind 250gm
Jaggery 250gm
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Dry ginger powder 1 tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Sugar 2-3 tbsp

Method:
Soak tamarind in 4-5 cups of water and squeeze out all the pulp. 
Put in a clean pan with the jaggery, red chili powder, ground dry ginger, cumin powder, salt and sugar and let cook till thick. 
Strain through a sieve and bottle when cool.
