Ingredients
Chicken breast fillets ½ kg
Flour ¼ cup
Oil 2 tbsp
Garlic crushed 1 clove
Onion, sliced 1
Tomato purée ½ cup
Tomato paste 2 tbsp
Soya sauce 1 tbsp
Black pepper, crushed 1 tbsp
Honey 1 tbsp
Method
Coat chicken breast fillets in flour.
Heat oil, add chicken and cook on both sides till brown.
Stir in garlic, onion, tomato purée, tomato paste, soya sauce, black pepper crushed, honey and cook till chicken is tender.
