Ingredients
Macaroni, boiled 2 cups
Onions, chopped 2
Tomatoes, chopped 2
Brinjal, chopped 1
Garlic, chopped 1 clove
Oil 1 tbsp
Tomato paste 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
Method
Heat oil, add onions, tomatoes, brinjal, garlic, cook till vegetables are tender.
Stir in tomato paste and little water and let cook, till vegetables are tender, add salt and pepper and fold in the boiled macaroni gently and toss and serve immediately.
