Caramel Bananas


Ingredients:
Butter ½ cup
Caster sugar 1 cup
Cream 1 ¼ cup
Bananas, peeled and halved 4

Method:
Melt butter. Stir in sugar and cook, stirring, until sugar is melted and light brown.
Slowly stir in the cream (mixture will bubble up). 
Let boil for 1 minute, then reduce heat to low. 
Place the bananas in the pan and cook until heated through, 2 minutes. 
Serve hot with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
