Hotdog Lollipops

Ingredient For Hotdog Lollipops:

Cocktail hotdogs as required
Toothpicks as required

For Batter:
Flour 3/4 cup
Corn flour 2 tbsp
Baking powder 1 tsp
White pepper 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Chinese salt 1/2 tsp
Egg yolk 2
Cold water 1/2 cup

Method:
Mix all the ingredients together and dip each lollipop and deep fry.
